Previously there wasn’t an easy way to sign and execute auto-generated documents. The challenge was to enable users to build bots that could auto-generate documents and automate the next step in that process: signing the document. So we set about building a better solution leveraging DocuSign, one of the world’s most popular e-signature tools.
We embedded DocuSign’s functionality into Josef’s industry-leading document editor and successfully simplified the process. Josef builders can now automate a document, and add DocuSign features within Josef, instead of manually having to create and send a DocuSign envelope for each document produced by the bot.
Not only does this have the potential to be a huge time saver, but it also opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for building scalable document automation solutions.
Simplicity is at the core of what we do, when it came to building our solution we wanted to enable users to self-serve how they connect with DocuSign. Users can connect their DocuSign account to the Josef platform via the integration page in Josef’s dashboard. Simply log in with DocuSign credentials and you’re up and running.
