“My dream is that the tools become highly valuable for everyone in Fluidra, from interns to directors, all using them naturally as part of their workflow.”– Daniela Garcia Sanclemente, Global Legal Operations Specialist, Fluidra

The global pool manufacturer Fluidra has teamed up with Josef to kickstart an enterprise-wide AI project focused on making the company’s corporate content more freely accessible to its people across the business.
Global Legal Operations Specialist Daniela Garcia Sanclemente, responsible for driving the project, sat down with Josef Co-founder and COO Sam Flynn to touch on the thinking behind the project, her hopes for implementation, and what the team’s learned so far.
Watch their quick chat or read the recap below.
“The project initially started as a small idea within Legal Operations but it’s since gotten really big,” Daniela explains, becoming a company-wide AI initiative to make information from Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, HR, ESG, Insurance and Compliance accessible – and more useful – across the business.
She adds, “It’s been incredibly rewarding to see more people coming in and recognizing that it’s going to have a real impact in the organization. We’re really excited!”
“One of the biggest wins for the project so far has been partnering with Josef,” Daniela says.
“A key objective of ours was to find a vendor that could be a partner. One that could guide us, challenge us and walk with us through the project. With Josef, we found that.”
She adds, “My dream is that the tools become highly valuable for everyone in Fluidra, from interns to directors, all using them naturally as part of their workflow.”

One thing Daniela’s team is navigating right now? Expectations.
“People forget that AI is a tool that you have to work on. They expect that it’s perfect from day one.”
But with a healthy amount of oversight plus some training from subject matter experts, they’ll soon have tools that they can rely on to answer FAQs for them. The wider business will have instant, easy access to information it needs too!
Sam draws the analogy for other teams deep in implementation: “Treat AI like an intern. If it gets something wrong, you can just tweak and move forward. It’ll never forget.”
We can’t wait to hear how Fluidra’s implementation unfolds and will check back in with Daniela and the team very soon!
